Michele is the author of ADA: Let’s Get Practical, a workbook for designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to become accessible and avoid common mistakes. She has consulted and advised many organizations relating to the physical design for new and retrofit of buildings, airports parks, and streets including the Kansas City Science Museum, Radisson Hotel, HUD, Benton County, KS, Nazarene College, J.C. Nichols Development Corporation and the City of Carthage, Missouri.
