Professional Background
Simply stated, the mission of Vaughn Baker is to provide corporate, government, schools, universities, faith based, law enforcement and military professionals the highest quality security, safety, and tactical training/consulting solutions available. Vaughn provides solutions that are both applicable and based in today's reality. He trains front line personnel and security professionals the skills and approaches necessary to successfully apply effective intruder and active shooter response strategies and solutions.
Vaughn Baker's training and consulting strategies have been developed through years of “hands-on” education, experience, and client feedback. Vaughn has provided workplace violence and active shooter response solutions to corporate and government agencies since 2002. He has worked with organizations large and small in most industries including manufacturing, service, healthcare, school, church, law enforcement, and the military.
Although workplace violence and active shooter incidents within the workplace by disgruntled employees or other intruders are events that receive intense media coverage, Vaughn's training recognizes and addresses the need to control all levels of workplace violence.

- Instructed hundreds of police academy and tactical officers in numerous law enforcement and S.W.A.T. related topics.
Special Weapons and Tactics Extensive training in various law enforcement & S.W.A.T. related topics with over 2500 hours of both outside and in-service training for S.W.A.T. assignment.
