Providing Instructor-Led and Online Sexual Harassment Training

Our sexual harassment classes can be delivered using instructor-led, online, or in a "blended" learning package depending on what works best for your organization and employee locations. All of our courses are customized to your policies and the various state and Federal laws covering your employees. 

The blended training approach can provide a major cost savings for your organization. 

Blended Workplace Harassment Training Package

Using the blended approach, employees are given instructor-led onsite harassment training. But, no matter how well you plan, some employees and managers may not be able to make the instructor-led session on the regularly scheduled training day.  Rather than having special instructor-led sessions, those individuals who were not able to attend the instructor-led session are able to take the online course which includes the learning points of the instructor-led session.

Plus, as new supervisors are hired, they are automatically enrolled into the online course. (Remember, in CA, new supervisors must receive sexual harassment training within six months of taking the position and then receive training every two years.)

• Both the instructor-led and the online training is designed for supervisors and meets all California Department of Fair Employment and Housing harassment training requirements.

• Both the instructor-led and the online training is customized specifically to your company's harassment policy and harassment claim filing procedures.

• All training is documented. The instructor-led session is documented and certificates of training are provided at the time of the training. Online training is documented through a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS).

The online courses are supported by our Learning Management System (LMS) which tracks and documents the training process for you. Using our LMS, you will have documentation showing:

• Each supervisor has had the required two hours of interactive training

• The supervisor has passed the course 

• Printed certification that the supervisor has successfully completed the course

• Plus, you will have administrative access to monitor the training
